As an experienced Financial Advisor, I know that no two clients are the same. I work with each of my clients to identify their unique wealth management goals and then design their comprehensive and personalized financial plan and investment strategy to help them achieve those goals. My objective is to provide clients with sound recommendations that guide them toward financial freedom and security so they can make the life choices they desire.

I joined Baird in March of 2012 and bring more than 27 years of industry experience to my clients. I attended the University of Maryland’s Asian Division in Misawa, Japan where I earned a bachelor's degree in business and management in 1995. Immediately after graduation I started my career with AG Edwards in 1995 in North Carolina.

I am a former member of the Board of Trustees for The Players Centre for Performing Arts in Sarasota, where I served a number of years as Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer.

My husband and I are natives of Sarasota where we live with our two children and our two dogs. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family as well as kayaking, scuba diving, travel and reading.

Luiz Do Prado is a Financial Advisor Foundations Program
graduate from Baird, where he completed the firm’s rigorous
training program designed to develop the technical, ethical, and
relationship-based skills essential to serving clients at a high level.
Through Foundations, Luiz built a strong grounding in financial
planning, investment strategies, and the day-to-day responsibilities
of supporting advisory practices.
Luiz is joining Gayle Logan as a Client Specialist, where he
provides operational and client service support with a focus on
responsiveness, accuracy, and building long-term client
relationships. In this role, he works closely with the advisory team
to ensure clients receive a seamless and high-quality experience.
Originally from Florida, Luiz developed an early interest in investing
at age 16, which sparked his passion for business and personal
finance. Prior to joining Baird, he gained experience working
directly with clients in real estate, where he learned the importance
of discipline, time management, and trust-based relationships.
Luiz holds a degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University’s
Honors College, where he further refined his interest in financial
markets and long-term planning. He also represented FAU at the
National Model United Nations, earning awards that reflect his
strengths in negotiation, communication, and critical thinking.
Outside of work, Luiz enjoys an active lifestyle and a wide range of
hobbies,including scuba diving, fishing, golfing, and snowboarding.
He has a strong curiosity for learning and is always exploring new
hobbies, embracing new experiences both on and off the water.
